VISION

SuRF (consulting) vision is to see a national and international social development consulting world where talent is openly appreciated; honesty is rewarded; nepotism, favouritism, personal whims, fantasies, biases and prejudices are abhorred and financial and moral corruption is met with zero tolerance by the client and the contractor.

MISSION

SuRF mission is to:

Strive for proper placement of talent in a highly competitive consulting world;
Insist on open and transparent procurement processes regarding dissemination of requests for proposal (RFPs), competitive selection and merit based contract award;
Provide cost-effective, timely services  process to the client;
Encourage open communication yet respect the sanctity of information and copyright; and
