SuRF is an Associate Member of Euroconsulting Network, a group of international consulting firms and development NGOs with its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. SuRF, as NGO, is the only NGO from Pakistan, which is a member of AIDS Society of Asia & the Pacific (ASAP). ASAP is registered in Bangkok, Thailand as a non-profit organisation involved in advocacy and policy dialogue on HIV/AIDS worldwide generally, and specifically in 47 countries of Asia & the Pacific. SuRF, thus, has working associates in more than 45 countries in the Asia and the Pacific region. SuRF President, Mr. Zahid Hussein, was also the President of AIDS Society of Asia and the Pacific (ASAP), Bangkok, Thailand from December 2009 to December 2011. He is currently Member Steering Committee, Middle East and North Africa Community Advisory Board (MENA-CAB), ALCS – Association to Fight AIDS - Casablanca, Morocco.
 
ASAP, along with UNAIDS, is the custodian of biennial International Congress on AIDS in Asia & the Pacific (ICAAP). The last ICAAP was held in Busan, Republic of Korea in August 2011. The SuRF President, Mr. Zahid Hussein, as the President of AIDS Society of Asia and the Pacific (ASAP), was the Co-Chair at the ICAAP in Busan. The active players in making ICAAP10 a success were SuRF (which designed and implemented the ICAAP integrated and comprehensive communications strategy), ASAP, Government of Republic of Korea, UNAIDS, UNFPA, PEPFAR, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, a number of faith based organisations from Asia Pacific Region and the US, among others.

SuRF has close affiliation with other consulting organisations, NGOs, CBOs and professional individuals nation-wide in Pakistan to conduct major surveys and studies involving qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, implement and evaluate community based programmes.
